The Bracena website provides product and business information for professional buyers, distributors, importers and other business contacts. These Terms concern use of the website; they are not a complete sales agreement.

Website information is not patient-specific clinical advice, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for professional evaluation and documentation required for a particular product or market.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a catalog, or receiving an automated website confirmation does not by itself create a binding sales contract or confirm an order.

Product configuration, price, minimum order quantity, availability, lead time, packaging, private-label arrangements, shipping and payment terms require separate confirmation. Relevant specifications and destination-market requirements should be discussed with our sales team.

A quotation or later written agreement may contain additional terms for a particular transaction. Those documents, rather than a general website description, establish the terms expressly agreed for that transaction.

We aim to present useful and accurate information, but website descriptions, images and available options may be updated. Confirm the exact configuration and documents relevant to your request before relying on them for an order.

An example image or packaging illustration does not automatically establish that every option is available, included or suitable for every destination market. No regulatory approval, certification, product-performance guarantee or market-access assurance should be inferred where it has not been expressly confirmed for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms changes a specification, representation or obligation expressly agreed in a separate transaction, or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Upload or send malicious code, spam or material that infringes another person's rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls or disrupt the website or its service providers.
• Submit patient information, clinical case files or other sensitive health data through inquiry forms.

You are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of information you choose to provide. If important details change, contact our team.

Website text, design, images, branding and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Rights may belong to Bracena or the relevant rights holders.

You may view the website and retain reasonable copies for evaluating a legitimate business inquiry. This does not grant a right to republish, resell, alter or use branding or other materials outside that purpose without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names and marks remain subject to their owners' rights.

Links to external email, WhatsApp or other services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. An external link does not make Bracena the operator of that service or a guarantor of its availability or content.

The website may be unavailable, interrupted or contain errors. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that website information alone will satisfy every commercial, professional or regulatory need.

Website content should not be treated as a substitute for a confirmed quotation, agreed specification or other transaction-specific documentation. Responsibility for any loss remains subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement. These Terms do not exclude or limit a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Bracena handles website and inquiry information. A business inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Optional analytics choices are separate from inquiry submission.
