This Privacy Policy applies to Bracena's website, quotation inquiries, catalog requests and related business communications. The website is intended for professional and business use.

When you request a quotation, we ask for your name and email address. You may also provide your company, phone or WhatsApp number, and a message about your requirements.

When you request a catalog, we ask for your name and email address. You may also provide your company, country or market, product families of interest, phone or WhatsApp number, and a sourcing requirement or message.

An inquiry may include relevant page, product, family, source or action context, together with information you choose to provide in later email or WhatsApp communications.

Please provide only information relevant to your business request. Do not submit patient information, clinical case files or other sensitive health data through website inquiry forms.

Our website and service providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, request and security events, and interaction signals used to detect automated abuse.

Cloudflare Turnstile validates technical and security signals for inquiry forms. It does not receive the complete quotation or catalog form payload through that verification step.

The application may also process request identifiers, timestamps, page and product context, delivery status and error categories to handle requests and investigate delivery problems. These identifiers may be associated with an inquiry and are not necessarily anonymous.

Submitting a quotation or catalog request does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters, promotional mailing lists or marketing campaigns.

Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the purpose and applicable law. It may include steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in responding to business contacts and protecting the website, legal obligations, or consent where required.

• Cloudflare Turnstile supports security verification and abuse prevention.
• Resend processes inquiry notification emails, including the contact and inquiry information contained in them.
• Google Workspace provides the business email system used to receive and manage inquiries and replies.
• Google Analytics provides optional website usage and selected-interaction measurement after a visitor accepts analytics.

Accepted inquiry notifications are sent to our sales team at sales@bracena.com. Your email address is used as the reply address so our team can respond. A catalog request does not automatically deliver a catalog or enroll you in marketing.

If you choose an email or WhatsApp link, those services process information under their own terms and policies.

Necessary website and security functions are separate from optional audience measurement. Bracena uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used and measure selected interactions, but it is not activated until you accept optional analytics.

Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing products, submitting an inquiry or requesting a catalog. You can revisit, change or withdraw your choice through Analytics preferences in the website footer. A small first-party preference is stored in your browser so the website can remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics.

Google Analytics may process online identifiers and device and usage information. Bracena does not intentionally send inquiry fields or other directly identifying form information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, messages, free-text requirements, patient information or form-security tokens, to Google Analytics. Advertising features are not enabled.

Our team operates in China. Information may also be processed in other countries where our service providers operate. Information is not necessarily kept in the country from which you contact us.

Different countries have different privacy laws. Applicable international-transfer requirements and safeguards depend on the processing involved. You may contact us to ask about the handling of your information.

Bracena does not maintain a separate website lead database. Inquiry information may be retained in business email systems, email-service records, operational or security logs, and quotation, order or other business records where applicable.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for business communication, quotation or order follow-up, relevant recordkeeping, applicable legal obligations, dispute handling, security and related legitimate purposes.

The necessary period depends on the type of record, the ongoing relationship, applicable requirements and a specific need to preserve information. Deleting an inbox email does not necessarily remove every provider or backup copy immediately.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access or correct information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable form, or withdraw consent. You may also be entitled to complain to a relevant privacy authority.

We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and locate relevant records. Please do not send patient records or unnecessary identification documents. Rights, exceptions and response periods depend on applicable law.

We seek to use reasonable measures to protect information and limit its use to the purposes described here. No website, email system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
